A successful company dinner says a lot about the person who organized it, in other words, the event must be flawless.
It’s a good idea to start with the date. If possible, choose a Friday or the day before a holiday. You must make sure the day after the event is not a working day.
For the former, you must book the place long in advance, go to the site and confirm that it has what it takes in space and comfort. Now, for the latter, you need to choose a catering service that meets the required budget.
You need to make sure all dishes are prepared within the budget. There are usually between 3 to 4 dishes representing everyone’s tastes. For example, beef, chicken and vegetarian.
Most probably, your budget won’t be enough to provide an open bar for your guests, but as the following day will be a day off, a lot of people may consider getting together another location after dinner. For this reason, wine only can be served during the event (if it’s within the budget).
The reason for choosing a venue close to other nightlife is so that your guests can easily walk to either a nightclub or a pub afterwards.
The success of a company dinner is measured by how much people talk about it during the next working day.
