Since the company inception, we have focused on producing regional asian curries with rice, savoury snacks, noodles, pasta salads, sandwiches & wraps, which are all sold through retail outlets, petrol forecourts, vending machines, pubs & businesses under both our brand label Ma's Masala™ & own label businesses.
We produce a wide variety of foods to suit every requirement and budget from light snack items to banquets & buffets to a full silver service menu.
Our chefs have the culinary skills and experience to create a range of menu ideas including regional asian and international dishes, to suit all palettes, budgets and dietry requirements.
