Dunn's Bakery has a huge team of expert bakers and staff who, every day, provide for big crowds of local customers. Without our Team, Dunn's Bakery wouldn't be the professional establishment it is today.
Let us take the worry out of catering - every day we bake sausage rolls (full size and cocktail), quiche, cheese straws, vol-au-vent cases, bridge rolls, french sticks and a wide variety of breads. We can also supply platters of top quality and generously filled sandwiches, freshly made from bread baked that day on premises.
We source locally if at all possible.
Our selected array of tempting delicacies are made with only the finest and freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers and produced to Dunn's own traditional recipes. Christopher Freeman is passionate about quality and that starts with finding the best possible ingredients.
Long before local sourcing of ingredients became trendy Christopher used local suppliers as much as possible. We get our delicious smoked salmon from Purkis fish shop in Crouch End, all our fresh meat for our savouries from Morleys Butchers and fruit, vegetables and salad from Broadway Fruiterers.
Crouchenders will know what a special place Crouch End is and the independent food shops support eachother not just because it supports the Crouch End economy but because the quality of the food available!
Nearly all our flour comes from Wrights Flour Mills in Ponders End. They, like us, have survived over the generations and take a real pride in supplying reliable and excellent ingredients.
