We boast a packed history of event making
with a portfolio of clients and events ranging from Armani's 'One Night Only' party, the VIP lounge at Frieze Art Fair for Deutsche Bank, the launch of the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation at Althorp ('Party of the Year' said Tatler), premiere parties for Evita, Dirty Dancing, The Aviator and Closer, the ground-breaking party for Tate Modern and the annual Elle Style Awards through to launches for the likes of Jo Malone, Stella McCartney, Air New Zealand, Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Jasper Conran. We also create intimate cocktail parties, lavish weddings and celebrations for private clients.

We are part of Caprice Holdings.
Caprice Holdings was established in 1981 and operates eight of London's best-known restaurants. The company, owned by Richard Caring, has also recently opened The Club at The Ivy, a private members' club.
In August 2007, Richard Caring also acquired The Birley Group, adding Annabel's, Harry's Bar, Mark's Club, George and Bath and Racquets to his portfolio.
We are event makers
offering a complete range of event services; from a creative and classic kitchen right through to event design, production, styling and management services.
We provide a bespoke service
covering everything from lighting, audio-visual, production build and costuming to our wide-reaching kitchen. We produce menus and drinks lists designed with each different client and event in mind. Some clients come to us just for our food and cocktails, others for our production design and styling nous, others desire the whole package.
We are obsessed by food
insisting on using only the freshest ingredients from sources we know and trust and with whom we have worked for many years. We offer a wide range of vegetarian, fish and meat dishes and each menu is put together with careful thought as to who will be eating it. Seasonality, the duration and nature of the event (an elegant cocktail party or an all-night celebration), guest numbers and guest profile are all taken into account.
We can offer signature dishes from our restaurants
We can recreate the classic menus of the restaurants and clubs in our group, including The Ivy, Le Caprice, J Sheekey, Bam Bou, Daphne's, Scott's, Mark's, George or Harry's. No other catering company can do this.
We are accredited by the Soil Association
to offer completely organic menus. Please let us know if you would like to consider an organic menu.
Our over-arching philosophy is to keep things simple, classic and authentic with modern British, European, Moroccan, Pacific Rim and French-Vietnamese flavours all considered.
Our Executive Chef Iain Graham
oversees the menus and culinary creativity of Urban Caprice. Iain has worked extensively in the UK and overseas. He began his career in the Lensbury club in Teddington before moving to Boston working as a pastry chef at the Marriott hotel and later to Sydney and the stylish W Hotel.
In London, Iain has worked with John Torode and Peter Gordon working as part of the team that launched Providores. Iain has also been involved in the creation of Cru in Hoxton, Fifteen Restaurant (where as sous chef he trained the first group of chefs) and the Tabernacle Bar + Grill in Shoreditch.
What's a party without a drink?
Liquid inspiration, all-day refreshment, classic or mixed-up cocktails and fine wines. We produce a bespoke drinks list to accompany each menu.
